• After rehab, we refinance and pay investor back initial funds and interest.

Investor Protection

• Investor named on Property deed.
• Investor added as additional Insured until Refi.
• We have over $2.5M in equity spanning 13 properties and 30 units.
• Attorney drafted promissory note between investor and MT Homebuyers LLC.
• Signed personal guarantee from MT Homebuyers LLC.
